So, das ist er nun - der letzte Teil meiner Toskana-Serie (bekanntlich muss alles Gute auch sein Ende finden) und zum Abschluss noch mit der Urlaubsüberraschung Lucca, das wir eigentlich nicht wirklich auf dem Plan hatten. Es dann aber so schön fanden mit seinen Fahrrädern, Stadtmauer und Piazzas zum Verweilen, dass wir gleich zweimal hin sind. Weitere Besuche nicht ausgeschlossen. Montepulciano und Montalcino waren natürlich auch schön. In diesem Sinne - ciao per ora!
So, here it is - the final Tuscany post (all good things have to end eventually) and with it Lucca as the ultimate surprise of this trip. Almost not making it to the list Lucca still delivered with its charming piazzas, city wall and biciclettas - we returned within 2 days for more (and the best pasta ever!) and may return again. Montelpuciano and Montalcino obviously were not bad either. Ciao per ora!
