Über 35 Grad im Oktober in einer Stadt, die auch gerne mal im Nebel versinkt, waren dann doch etwas unerwartet. Auch wenn es für die eine oder andere Aktivität eventuell ein wenig zu heiß war, ist ein Wochenende in San Francisco natürlich so oder so eine schöne Sache. Vor allem dann, wenn man bei Freunden (danke!) unterkommt und so die Stadt noch mal un-touristischer und kulinarisch erlebt (sterniges Marrokanisch im Aziza, Überraschungstapas im Contigo). A perfect weekend in THE city!
Hitting almost 40°C in October in a city that normally likes to hide under fog has been a little unexpected to say the least. Activities such as rooftop yoga around noon may have been a little too ambitious under these circumstances. But with whatever circumstance visiting San Francisco is always a treat. An even better treat when staying with friends (Thanks again!) and enjoying the city from a non-touristy but strong culinary angle - Michelin starred Aziza and organic surprise tapas in Contigo). A perfect weekend in THE city!
